Take me to the mountains..

Over the last year I have been working with great friends, Maddy and Josh, on details of their wedding. On June 2nd, they celebrated their love by marrying each other in front of their family and best friends, in Buena Vista, Colorado. I was fortunate enough to not only be invited, but to oversee the execution of the wedding events. I am waiting on the photographer for more photos, but for now, I can share these few that I took while working on the wedding details.

After consulting with Maddy, I hand drew the images and designed the invite package. After having them printed by our local printer in Hawaii, Maddy and I hand painted each one with watercolor paints.

In the past, I have organized events, including gallery openings and receptions, promotional affairs and other social gatherings. Maddy and Josh's wedding was a first for me, and I am excited to say it went very smoothly.

Maddy chose to use mix-matched china for her table settings. We had the humbling experience of washing all 900+ dishes before the wedding.. a very meditative process.

Maddy, Josh, their family, and many friends were all instrumental in putting the wedding together. I want to extend a huge thanks to everyone who helped!
